It’s been frustrating weeks. As you may know that  this site was suspended several times.I don’t know what I did wrong, I got email from my hosting company:

Your hosting account has been investigated by our administrators due to
excessive load/high resource utilization which includes high CPU utilization and memory consumption. Unfortunately due to the severe nature of the problem the account has been suspended in order to prevent server crash and impact on the rest of the clients hosted on the same server.

We have determined that based on the excessive resource utilization your
account is not a good fit for our shared hosting environment. Below is the report outlining the problem which we have discovered:

If you are unable to fix this problem we can offer you 2 alternative solutions:

1)Obtaining a private virtual server (VPS) account
2)Obtaining a dedicated server which comes with free migration

I sent out email to support team, they replied my email below:

Your account has been unsuspended successfully. Please make the appropriate changes in order to resolve this issue and inform us ASAP.
We will wait for your reply. Please note that if we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we will have to suspend your account again.

So I tried my best to find out what was wrong, however, I could not find anything wrong. All I could do was remove some unused plugin.

The next 24 hours, my site was suspended again, I contacted my hosting company that I don’t know why my site has excessive load or high resource utilization. I paid my bill and they should help me to solve the problem instead of suspend my website.

And they answered my email:

Since we are not familiar with your applications we are unable to investigate this issue deeper. There is no way to know what kind of features are you using and the purposes of them. That is why you should handle this investigation by yourself.
Once when you ensure us that you are able to resolve this issue permanently we will be able to unsuspend your account.

If you are unable to fix this problem we can offer you 2 alternative solutions:

1)Obtaining a private virtual server (VPS) account
2)Obtaining a dedicated server which comes with free migration

Damn, I don’t need VPS or dedicated server! So I chose my own alternative solution; move my web site another hosting company. However that was the hardest part. I have to beg to have my backup files. After that, I spent my time searching the best hosting company.

Last but not least was the big migration. Beside this comic, I run 3 other websites, all of them are hosted in the same company………..

So guys, thanks a lot for still around..
